Meet the artist

LaTonya Taylor, lead makeup artist and owner of Made-up My Grind, is a self-taught freelance makeup artist currently living in Baltimore, Maryland.

LaTonya has over 17 years of experience in makeup artistry and was the #1 assistant to Emmy award-winning makeup artist Reggie Wells! She also works as a senior business analyst in corporate America. She has taken quite a few classes given by experienced makeup professionals to gain some guidance on the business side and to keep up with the latest tools and trends.

LaTonya's favorite part of makeup artistry is the smiles she's able to put on her client's faces!
